What is your return policy?
Tesco Enterprises is a shopping platform where each day thousands of customers shop for their favorite products. Once an item is sold out it immediately becomes unavailable for others. Hence once sold we do not accept any takebacks. Although in case you receive a damaged item we provide replacement/return.
We provide 7 day exchange facility in case of size mismatch.

What is the process of shipping?
Once your order is confirmed, it is carefully packed into a sealed transport pack. Then it is shipped through the most reputed courier companies across India like Trackon, DTDC, Delhivery, Ecom Express, etc.
Delivery times may vary from place to place but mostly it takes 3-4 business days to deliver across India.

Easy Monthly Installments is a convinient payment mode available exclusively for our clients. You can make a purchase of any amount and claim EMI through payment gateway on checkout. A number of credit cards and debit cards are supported.
Interest rates as applicable will be charged by respective banks. Customers can choose up to 36 months.
