Transparency and Care

 

1. We do not accept Refund/Return requests. You can claim an exchange or replacement in case you receive a defective item.

2. As proof of defect, we require the customers to film end-to-end unboxing video without any cuts.

3. We provide a 7 Day Exchange Policy in case of size mismatch. Get in touch with our team to ensure smooth process!

4. In case any of the fields are not filled correctly,  Tesco Enterprises assumes no responsibility for Non-Delivery of the items under question.

5. Once an order is placed and dispatched no cancellations are allowed.

6. Fields in the address box during checkout must be filled in carefully. In case our shipping partners do not provide service at the mentioned Pincode we may contact you for an alternate address. 

7. Delivery time on average is 3 to 5 days. Areas in North East Region may experience delays.
